Digital editions

Digital editions — with narration, and with animation if you chose it — open in your online library when the book is approved. They are available anywhere you can sign in. No physical shipment is required.

Printed books

Printed hardcovers are delivered to the address you give when you order. We confirm the delivery date with you after the book is ready to print.

Timing

Writing, editing, illustrating, and your own approvals are part of the timeline. We keep you informed in your library. With prompt replies, making the book takes 7–12 days.

Your address

Please give a complete, accurate delivery address. If a printed book cannot be delivered because the address is wrong or incomplete, contact us so we can arrange a new shipment. Additional shipping cost may apply.

Who receives the parcel

The parcel is addressed as you specify. Please ensure someone can receive it at that address.
