My Fairytale is a brand of Hayastan Publishing House. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use myfairytale.art or place an order.

What we collect

We collect the details you give us to create a book: the child's name, age, and the story details you share; photos you upload so we can paint the hero; parent name, email, and mobile number; a delivery address for printed books; and the account information needed to sign in and open your library.

How we use it

We use this information to write, illustrate, edit, and deliver your order, to keep you informed in your library, and to answer messages you send us. Reference photos are used only to paint a likeness. They are never published. Illustrations from a book appear in our public posts only if you consent when you order.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share photos or a child's details except with the people and services required to create, print, and deliver the book.

How long we keep it

We keep order details and library access for as long as the book remains in your library, and for as long as we need them to complete delivery or to meet legal duties. You may ask us to delete an order's personal details by writing from the Contact page.

Your requests

You may ask to see, correct, or delete personal details tied to an order. Write to us from the Contact page. We will confirm from the email on the order.

Changes

We may update this policy as the studio grows. The current version is always on this page.
